Fabrics
Our services are for fabric wholesaler and fabric retailers only!
We specialize in semi-manufacturing. From yarn procurement to printing, all production steps are carried out by smaller, specialized partners. This provides you with flexibility in order sizes and often a better price than with one of the large producers.
Our focus for more than 30 years are cotton, cotton mixed, and silk fabrics in all variations.
Mostly for apparel and decorations.

Our minimum order quantities are as follows:
Digital printing: 500m total (50m per design)
Rotary print: 1000m (smaller lots available at an additional cost)
Plain fabrics: 1000m or smaller using the community containerload
Embroidered fabrics: upon request
We ship according to order quantity or customer preference:
- Full Container Load (FCL)
- Less than full Container Load (LCL)
- Airfreight by kilogram
- Courier by kilogram
For container orders, we only accept payment by Letter of Credit (LC) or advance payment.
For smaller orders by airfreight or courier, as well as purchases in the community container,
we exclusively accept advance payment.
The community container offer is specifically aimed at smaller fabric wholesalers and larger fabric retailers.
In the community container, orders are consolidated and shipped once the container is at least 50% full.
The time needed to reach the minimum shipping quantity, plus the transport time by sea, should definitely be taken into account.
Currently, we offer the community container only in Europe, with the loading ports being Hamburg and Rotterdam. From there, the goods are distributed within Europe by freight forwarders. For further questions, please feel free to contact us.
We offer the following Incoterms:
- EXW (Ex Works)
- FOB (Free on Board)
- CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight)
- DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)
All our fabrics are Oeko-Tex Standard (100 & 200) certified.
Upon request, we can also offer GOTS certified fabrics.
Please note that GOTS certified fabrics cannot be shipped together with standard items
and therefore cannot be loaded in the community container.
If you need samples of the base fabrics, please contact our customer service at
customercare@fabrics.in.
We ship Full Container Loads (FCL), Less than Full Container Loads (LCL), as well as airfreight
and courier deliveries worldwide, with a focus on Europe, the USA, and Australia.
The community container service is at the moment only in europe available.
We determine all our colours using Pantone Textile standards.
This ensures that we produce exactly the colour you desire.
Fabrics are delivered as standard on rolls appr. 50 m.
Upon request, for a small fee, we can also cut fabrics into 6 or 10-meter lengths and double folding them.
Doubling is done on a quality fabric board.
The total cost for a doubled 6 m piece including the fabric board is € 0,90 or € 0,15 per running meter.
For a 10m piece its € 1,20 or € 0,12 per running meter.
All fabrics are labelled with our own item numbers, indicating the item number, length,
and fabric composition unless otherwise requested.
If you provide us with your desired labels and barcodes beforehand, we can label all rolls and
fabric coupons with your own labels.
Any associated small additional cost can be discussed with us on an individual basis.
Fabric Media Service
Our fabric media services are for fabric wholesaler, fabric publisher and fabric retailer only!
Here is the process to use our Fabric Media Service:
Discussion of Your Requirements:
We start by discussing your specific needs and requirements.
Sending Fabrics to Our Media Center in Bangalore:
Please send at least one running meter of each fabric to our media center in Bangalore.
Creation of Photos, Mockups, and Videos:
We will create the desired photos, mockups, and videos of your fabrics.
Delivery of Finished Media:
The finished items will be properly labeled and digitally delivered to you in both
original and web-optimized formats.
Integration into Your Systems: Upon request, we can also upload all created media files
and product data into your PIM, ERP, or shop system, so you only need to activate the items later.
To estimate the costs, we would like to provide you with an example calculation.
Exact individual prices can be found on our Fabric Media Service detail page.
Let's assume you plan to add 600 new fabric designs in 4 colorways to your collection each year.
For each fabric, you want 5 product photos, 4 matching mockups, and 1 short video for one colorway.
If you book our All-in-One Package for the 600 fabric designs, it will cost you €15 per design, totaling €9.000.
For the remaining 3 colorways, you would need 5 product photos and 4 mock ups each.
5 product photos at €1.30 each and 4 mock ups at €1.20 each result in:
5 productphotos x €1.30 = €6.50
4 mock ups x €1.20 = €4.80
Total per colorway: €11.30
Multiplying €11.30 by the remaining 1800 fabrics (600 designs x 3 additional colorways) results in € 20.340.
In total, the costs would be € 29,340.
For this amount, you will receive:
600 short videos
12,000 product photos (original & web-optimized)
9,600 mockups

The only additional costs incurred are for the sample meters sent for photo work and shipping
costs to Bangalore, India.
In our example with 2,400 new fabrics annually at an average manufacturing cost of €2.50, this
corresponds to €6,000 in product value.
With an average weight of 300 grams per running meter, the total weight of fabric deliveries is
approximately 800 kg.
Depending on the provider and shipping method, whether by air freight or courier, you can expect
costs ranging from €1,200 to €3,200.
You are welcome to apply this calculation to your own annual new releases and compare it with
your current production costs.
Fabric Sample Hanger

Here is the process to use our Fabric Sample Hanger Service:
Discussion of Your Requirements:
We start by discussing your specific needs and requirements for sample hangers or sample books.
Sending Fabrics to Our Sample Hanger Department in Bangalore:
The number of meters required to create sample hangers and sample books naturally depends on
the number of swatches and books to be produced and the planned formats.
We will discuss these details with you individually.
Creating first sample hanger & approval:
After creating a sample hanger, we send a finished photo for final approval before production begins. For more extensive sample books, we send a first completed sample book for approval before starting production.
Do you have changing assortments and need corresponding adjustments to your sample hangers?
No problem, we manage your sample hangers and implement adjustments to the color collection
just in time, ensuring your sample hanger setup is always up to date.
Simply send us the new colors and let us know which colors are being removed from the assortment
and which new colors should be added to the new hangers.
Within a few days, you will receive the updated sample hangers.
The final costs depend on the quantity and size of the fabric sample swatch or sample book.
Naturally, the quality of the materials used also plays a role.
Simple fabric sample swatches start at a price of €2.
We would be happy to discuss your requirements with you and provide you with a quote.
The only additional costs incurred are the shipping costs of the fabrics to Bangalore and the return shipping costs of the finished sample hangers.
